Rotary Club seeks artists for annual Art, Wine and Wheels event
The Mariposa Yosemite Rotary Club invites artists to submit their artwork for consideration of use in promotional materials associated with the 2024 Art, Wine & Wheels event.
The selected art will be used in various promotional materials including postcards, posters, and brochures, as well as in social media.
The artist must be able to provide the artwork in a digital format for publishing in portrait orientation. Artists may submit any artwork that focuses on the themes of art, wine, classic cars, Mariposa County history, local scenery, flora, fauna or the Mariposa community.
To enter the competition, artists must submit a 5×7 inch (or larger) digital photo of the proposed artwork by March 15. Submissions can be sent via email to [email protected] or via postal mail to Rotary Club of Mariposa Yosemite, Attention: Susan Robinson, P.O. Box 334, Mariposa, CA 95338.
The Rotary Art, Wine & Wheels Committee will make the final art selection. The selected artist will be given a complimentary booth space at the event and will be credited in the organization’s promotional materials.
The 18th Annual Art, Wine and Wheels event will be held on Saturday, May 25, on the Mariposa County Courthouse lawn. This popular annual gathering is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Mariposa Yosemite, featuring regional wines, vintage cars, and local artists.
