Rescheduled Farm Bureau dinner slated for Nov. 14
The Mariposa County Farm Bureau will hold its annual Prime Rib Fundraiser Dinner on Saturday, Nov. 14, in Building A at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds. It was rescheduled from a date this month due to the federal firefighters’ fire camp at the fairgrounds.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. with a hosted bar sponsored by Turlock Livestock Auction Yard, Triangle Ranch and Bad Fred. A delicious prime rib dinner, catered by The Orchard Bar & Grill of Chowchilla, will be served at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Dulcich will be recognized as this year’s Friend of Agriculture honorees for their support of the local agricultural community.
The evening will also include live, silent and dessert auctions. Proceeds from the dessert auction will benefit agricultural youth programs.
Tickets cost $85 per person or $650 for a table of eight. It’s a community event not to be missed.
