Friends of the Fairgrounds online auction is tomorrow

The annual Suds & Sausage Oktoberfest event conducted by the Mariposa County Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation FOF) was canceled because of the federal fire camp occupying the fairgrounds while battling the Dome Fire in Yosemite National Park.

According to FOF officials, many donations were made for the event’s silent auction, and they will be auctioned off tomorrow on the organizations Facebook page.  Here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=mariposa%20friends%20of%20the%20fairgrounds%20foundation

The auction will open on Saturday, Oct. 17 at noon and will end at 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
